Attorney-at-law (radca prawny), graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Since 2010 he has been practicing in the field of marketing & advertising law, personal data protection and consumer law. He has advised on hundreds of B2C & B2B promotional campaigns, as well as numerous e-commerce and new technology projects. He also advises entities in the cybersecurity industry.
He is author of publications on personal data protection and a speaker at industry training courses. He is also lecturer at postgraduate studies for data protection officers.
Privately and professionally, he is interested in legal aspects of using artificial intelligence in marketing.
