3. The personal data you provide will be processed for the following purposes:
   a) nawiązania i utrzymania kontaktu a także udzielenia odpowiedzi na zadane pytania – podstawą prawną jest prawnie uzasadniony interes administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit f. RODO), polegający na utrzymaniu kontaktu z osobami;
   b) obsługi i rozliczenia wydarzeń organizowanych lub współorganizowanych przez Fundację, w tym komunikacji z uczestnikami tych wydarzeń – podstawą prawną jest prawnie uzasadniony interes administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit f. RODO), polegający na organizacji wydarzeń Fundacji;
   c) zapewnienia prawidłowego funkcjonowania strony za pośrednictwem plików cookies co stanowi prawnie uzasadniony interes administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit f. RODO), polegający na umożliwieniu korzystania ze strony;
   d) ustalenia lub dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń lub obrony przed takimi roszczeniami przez Administratora – podstawą prawną przetwarzania jest prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO), polegający na obrony swoich interesów gospodarczych.
4. Your personal data will be retained for a period required to respond to your question or for the duration of contact with you. The processing period may be extended each time for the period of limitation of claims, if the processing of your personal data is necessary to establish or pursue potential claims or defend against claims by the Controller. After this period, your data will be processed only to the extent and for the time required by law.
5. Your personal data may be transferred to third party companies commissioned to provide services to the Controller, particularly IT and administrative service providers.
6. You have the right to access your personal data and obtain a copy thereof, as well as the right to request the rectification, erasure or restriction of processing or to object to processing of your personal data.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data breaches the provisions of GDPR or other personal data protection and processing regulations.
8. The personal data you provide will not be used for profiling.
9. We would like to inform you that providing your data is voluntary, but necessary in order to contact the Controller.
